Silverbear announces sponsorship of the MemberWise Virtual Summer School 2020
The team at Silverbear will be sponsoring MemberWise’s first virtual Summer School in July and August 2020, a series of online, educational tutorials, delivered over eight weeks focused on helping organisation to retain members. The event will culminate in the publication of a new co-curated, best practice resource, The Ultimate Guide to Retaining More Members.
As a sponsor, Silverbear will be helping to promote the event through its communications channels and participating in several sessions as a panelist.
Silverbear focuses its practice on delivering member engagement and value, as well as using the latest Microsoft technologies to enable membership-based organisations to use their data to support member retention, including using machine learning in Microsoft Azure to intelligently predict when members are likely to lapse to trigger and support pragmatic retention campaigns.

The MemberWise virtual Summer School will run for eight weeks from 1 July to 19 August 2020. Attendance is free to MemberWise members and will be delivered through a series of one-hour webinars with follow up ‘coffee and conversation’ sessions. The sessions will also be supported by a dedicated Summer School Community hosted on MemberWise Connect
