The team at Silverbear are highly skilled Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and membership sector experts who focus on making our projects a professional and pleasant experience for our customers. All our delivery, development, and support teams are based in offices in London, Guildford, and Dublin.

Carl Grieves Chief Executive Officer

Carl provides leadership and direction to Silverbear and management of the Senior Management Team. In his role Carl ensures that the organisation stays true to its values and business objectives. As Chief Executive, Carl is closely involved in establishing and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders alike and is an active member in all of our customer programme boards and steering committees. He works closely with our teams and our customers to support digital transformation programmes delivering the best client experience coupled with high-value returns.

Adam Legge Chief Technology Officer

Adam has very much progressed through the ranks after joining Silverbear 10 years ago as a Senior Developer before his promotion to Head of Development and then to his current postion. As CTO he oversees the technical direction of the company, owns the product roadmap and provides best practice leadership to the development function. Prior to working for Silverbear, Adam spent several years creating mission critical solutions for the defence sector, in addition to a short spell in the video games industry.

Georgie Howard Head of Support and Operations

As Head of Support and Operations, Georgie is responsible for delivering Silverbear's support promise and world-class expertise to our customers. With over 8 years at Silverbear alone, Georgie brings a wealth of experience to the service desk. Working closely with our project managers, he heads up our support team, helping to make sure our customer's individual needs are met and understood, as well as our operations team that help with deployment and infrastructure management at Silverbear.

Tom Norton Head of Development

Tom joined Silverbear in 2008 and has 20 years of experience working in software development. As Head of Development Tom is responsible for ensuring his team continue to deliver and build upon the high standards that Silverbear's customers expect. Across this and previous roles Tom has extensive experience of delivering complex and high value projects both from a hands on development and leadership capacity. Prior to moving into the Head of Development role Tom was a technical specialist in large scale Data Migration and ETL activities.

Jack Travis Head of QA

Jack joined Silverbear Support in 2017 from university. He soon became a valued member of the team, tackling a wide variety of client issues whilst at the same time completing a software development apprenticeship. As a result, Jack transitioned into QA playing a vital role in improving this area to such an extent he now heads up the Silverbear QA team. As team leader he is proud to have a team focused on ensuring we provide and meet the high standards our clients have grown to expect from us.

Jenni Morrison Client Engagement Manager

As part of the Client Engagement team, Jenni has involvement with all customers through their Silverbear journey. She participates actively in the pre-sales engagements ensuring prospects are satisfied the Silverbear product is the right fit for them and through a series of monthly updates and fortnightly live webinars existing customers are kept up to speed with new functionality, quick tips and suggestions. Prior to joining Silverbear in August 2015, Jenni focused her career on software systems training and is still the office go-to expert on weird and wonderful Excel formulae.

Katerina Stewart Project Management Officer

Katerina started her journey with Silverbear 15 years ago and has enjoyed expanding with the company over the years.  Although starting off as office manager, with a  background in finance she was able to apply these skills to financial and management accounts before moving to her current position in the project management team.  Katerina is passionate about service delivery and has a keen interest in change management.   As a Project Management Officer her focus is now on improving delivery, providing documentation, guidance and metrics through the practice of project management and delivery. 

Nelson Verde Operations Team Lead

Nelson is the Operations Team Lead for Silverbear and has supported multi-national companies with their on-prem and on-line environments, as well as being involved in several compliance areas such as GDPR, Cyber Essentials and ITIL.

Manisha Chulani Data Migration Developer

Manisha strives for quality and efficient customer service through her technical expertise. Having joined Silverbear 2nd line support as a product specialist, she moved quickly into the role of Support Team lead before her current role as a Data Migration Developer. With 5 years’ experience in software development, data analyst and support, she enthusiastically applies these skills whilst investigating complex incidents.  Providing solutions using cutting edge development tools and a thorough knowledge of all areas of Silverbear 365, Manisha is certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 Online Deployment and Customer Services.

Tom Booth Support Team Lead

Tom joined Silverbear in 2017 and since then has gained a lot of knowledge and experience with Silverbear 365.  This not only ensured he provided excellent support to customers but also to other members of the support team.  Now, as Support Team Lead, Tom’s role involves overseeing the support team, ensuring priorities and tasks for each member are identified and communicated on a daily basis.  He is also responsible for managing any escalations and works closely with the Head of Support and Operations. 

Jeremy Jalie Business Development Director

Jeremy is Business Development Director at Silverbear where he works with a variety of associations and charities. Jeremy brings insights into data management, supporter engagement, and strategic use of technology and digital marketing in not-for-profit businesses. Jeremy spent ten years working for international NGO Vision Aid Overseas. He held a variety of roles at the charity including Communications Director and latterly Development Director with overall responsibility for income generation. Jeremy has broad experience in fundraising management including individual giving, applications to trusts and foundations and corporate partnerships. He has worked closely with trustees and volunteers on strategy and governance issues.  

Marek Hill Project Manager

Marek joined Silverbear as a Project Manager in 2017, having managed projects in Hospitality and Digital Cinema. He has 10+ years’ experience delivering successful outcomes, managing change, and transitioning projects into Business as Usual with extensive knowledge of the full project lifecycle using Prince2, ITIL Certified, Agile methodologies and CSM (SCRUM) framework. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Silverbear’s process-driven management philosophy. Outside of work, Marek can regularly be found at the nearest crag.
