In the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) had to make urgent changes to its online applications process to cater for the large number of emergency social care workers needed and to register them as quickly as possible.
Working closely with Silverbear, together we developed an emergency application form that was deployed on their website over a weekend. The work was completed swiftly by Silverbear enabling NISCC to register over 1,000 extra emergency social workers in a very short space of time.
