The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) have selected Silverbear to provide them with a new membership management database and member self-service community portal.
The decision to implement a new solution was driven by two key factors. Firstly, support for their old solution, Enterprise MRM, was being withdrawn at the end of 2015. Secondly, Enterprise MRM was unable to fulfil a number of requirements which would enable BABCP to meet the needs of their members effectively.
BABCP required a solution which would support and capture all data relating to memberships and accreditations, including: contact details and preferences, SIG memberships, marketing communications and events, complaint management, surveys, advertising and social media. The database needed to be able to support the creation of a variety of letters and emails, and all of this had to sit on a platform with a clear and intuitive layout.
BABCP identified Silverbear as having the perfect solution to fulfil these requirements.
