Membership CRM experts Silverbear will attend Congress, the policy-making body of the TUC, at the re-scheduled annual three-day meeting now on 18 - 20 October at The Brighton Centre in Brighton.
Silverbear, which specialises in developing and installing CRM for membership organisations built on Microsoft’s Dynamics 365, will be showcasing its flagship Silverbear 365 product and explaining why trade unions without a digital footprint are vulnerable.
The high-profile event, which will see motions proposed and discussed with a view to informing the basis of the TUC’s work in 2023, will welcome over 600 delegates from 48 affiliated unions.
Around 3,000 people are expected to attend Congress, which also includes an exhibition, fringe programme, and an annual general council dinner.
On exhibiting at this year’s event, Jeremy Jalie, Business Development Director at Silverbear, comments: “With trade unions very much at the heart of the current news agenda, this year’s Congress is timely and will no doubt provide a forum that will inform and inspire in equal measure. When it comes to trade unions engaging and communicating with members, a versatile, robust and wide-reaching digital strategy is essential. As part of our attendance at Congress, we will be explaining why trade unions must enhance their digital infrastructure and we look forward to participating in this important national event.”
Attendees wishing to find out more about Silverbear 365 can meet members of the Silverbear team across all three days on stand 52.
