Silverbear's online resources for clients gets a facelift

Silverbear is delighted to announce the launch of our new customer portal extending the content available about Silverbear online. 

Our goal is to provide our customers with an easier way to learn about Silverbear 365 and to browse information based on their own choice.  This self-service option will provide a fast, secure solution to access several customer-specific resources through an extension of Silverbear’s website. 

We will endeavor to provide our customers with the most up-to-date information, sharing our knowledge and expertise in the field of Silverbear 365 through the following:

  • Quarterly product and sprint update videos

  • Recordings of all customer demonstrations covering all aspects of Silverbear 365

  • Upcoming events with registration links

  • Release notes and Wave Releases

  • Advice and guidance on key activities like annual tasks, establishing new price lists etc.

We're looking forward to welcoming our customers to the new portal and to adding to the services it offers over the coming months.
