Its that time of the year again as we all eagerly await our end of year break. In preparation, we've put some simple house-keeping tasks to ensure your Silverbear CRM is up-to-date and raring to go as we enter 2021.
Firstly, bank holidays, it's a very good idea to add next year's into your CRM and update your 2022 price lists before the beginning of January. To help you with this Jenni has put a quick VIDEO together with simple instructions on how to carry out theses tasks.
BACS have also issued some guidance about PROCESSING DATES over the festive period. Please ensure you have taken these into account and updated any software to reflect the non-processing days (which can be viewed in the link).
If you have any questions, or require help with these tasks, please don't hesitate to contact the Silverbear Support Desk, available Monday to Friday from 8 am – 6 pm. While we're on that, it's probably wise to highlight our Xmas period closing days:

• Monday 28 December (In lieu of Boxing Day)
