Member management specialist, Silverbear, has been accepted onto G-Cloud 12 – the latest iteration of a UK government framework designed to help public sector organisations source and purchase cloud computing services without having to undergo a full tender or procurement process.
Silverbear’s addition to the framework, which was specifically created to ease the burden associated with procurement, means that Silverbear’s flagship product, Silverbear Membership, can be accessed via the government’s Digital Marketplace – a portal that holds all G-Cloud-approved suppliers.
It is the eighth time that the membership CRM experts have been awarded a coveted place on the framework, which is overseen by the Crown Commercial Service, having first joined G-Cloud in 2014.
Public sector organisations looking to procure Silverbear’s services can now do so in only six steps through the Digital Marketplace platform.
Carl Grieves, CEO at Silverbear, comments: “Our acceptance onto the latest G-Cloud framework is significant for two reasons. Firstly, it provides public sector organisations with faster access to the Silverbear platform with the added reassurance that government has approved our service. Secondly, it recognises that our product, and the team behind it, are operating at the highest level. This is great news for Silverbear and public sector organisations wishing to procure our services.”
Silverbear already holds four Microsoft accreditations, more than any other CRM supplier in the UK. The membership management platform, which is built on Microsoft Dynamics, has carved a reputation amongst prominent professional and regulatory bodies including the Royal College of Nursing, British Library and the National Association of Head Teachers.
