The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), a professional association for over 20,000 Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, paralegals and other legal practitioners in England and Wales, has selected Silverbear to deliver a 360-degree digital transformation programme across its entire organisation.
The move will see Silverbear’s Membership solution integrated within three of CILEx’s business divisions including its professional membership & awarding body, regulatory body and law school.
Over 170 CILEx staff and a transacting community of over 40,000 are set to benefit from the transition, which will include the full integration of Silverbear’s platform in addition to new online application and engagement functionality.
On completion of the project, all three organisations will have greater control over activities such as membership applications, continuous professional development, case management, student and course registering, member enquiries, social media analytics and certification production.
