Did you know that Silverbear offer a comprehensive training programme as part of our pre and post go-live support?
We know that the successful uptake and user adoption of our solutions relies on users understanding how to use the software, and being comfortable with all its features and attributes. We’ve found that the best way to make sure this happens is to undertake face to face training with new users, guiding their learning in a structured, yet customised way.
Most of our training is undertaken on-site. This cuts down the time away from work for our customers, but also allows them to learn on the new system using their own data.
This personalised approach makes for a much more successful outcome. Experience shows us that users are much more likely to feel confident going away and using the system on their own, if they've had training using familiar data and workstations.
