Every year the MemberWise Network conducts the Harnessing the Web survey to gain a snapshot of how the sector is harnessing the web and how it proposes to do so in the coming year. This year’s survey is live and MemberWise are now inviting organisations to take part.

The survey will help those in the membership industry better understand how the web and other online tools are being used amongst membership organisations and associations. The report showcasing the findings will enable associations to benchmark current and proposed future digital activity. It will also enable organisations to prioritise learning opportunities linked to sector challenges and goals.

Last year saw over 350 associations and membership professional take part in the survey, which covered topics including:

  • Current and Future Goals / Challenges
  • Functionality of Websites
  • Website Expectations & Functionality
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) & Analytics
  • CRM and Integration
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media
  • Response Profile

The survey is strictly confidential and all participants will receive a complimentary copy. The survey is administered by market research agency, Research by Design, and takes 15 minutes to complete. As an added incentive, two participants will win a £100 John Lewis giftcard.
