Silverbear’s Customer Advisory Board Events
In order to understand the specific problems and issues faced by membership organisations across various verticals, Silverbear host quarterly Customer Advisory Boards. As such, we are pleased to announce the latest set of events will be held over the next two months in London. These events are run by the Silverbear Product Team and have the aim of increasing communication between the Product Team and customers.
The Customer Advisory Boards are an ideal opportunity for customers to meet with our Product Team as well as other membership organisations in their sector. Two of these events will be held in October and one in November, all based at customer sites within London;
- 10th October: Customer Advisory Board for Trade Associations to be held at the BCVA (British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association)
- 12th October: Customer Advisory Board for the Arts & Heritage sector at NHM (Natural History Museum)
- November date TBC: Customer Advisory Board for Professional Memberships at The IoD (The Institute of Directors)
These events are an opportunity for customers to learn more about Silverbear’s roadmap and plans, whilst also contributing to future development ideas. In addition, Silverbear will gain an understanding of customers’ strategic aims and how we can help support these through our Membership Solution.
Places at these events are limited, and so are allocated based on requirement and the scope of their Membership Solution.
